Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of SocioRep.
Version 2026-08-10 · Effective 10 August 2026
1. About these Terms & your acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you — the business that registers for and uses SocioRep — and Sajel Saxena S/O Mr. Deepak Saxena, operating as LabTech ("SocioRep", "we", "our", "us"). SocioRep is operated by Sajel Saxena under LabTech, GSTIN 23BBFPS9664D1ZF, at DHV 3/50-51, Danish Hills View, Kolar Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462042, India.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy), our Data Deletion page (/legal/data-deletion) and our Refunds policy (/legal/refunds), govern your use of SocioRep. By creating an account, accepting these Terms at signup, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
When you accept these Terms we record which version you accepted and the date and time of acceptance. The version and effective date in force are shown at the top of this page. When we make a material change we ask you to accept the new version.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Service" means the SocioRep platform, its websites, and the features we make available to you.
- "You" and "your" mean the business that uses the Service, and the individual who accepts these Terms on the business's behalf.
- "Your customers" means the people your business serves. (These Terms are between us and you, not your customers.)
- "Your Content" means the brand and business information, images, logos, product and location details, testimonials and other material you provide.
- "Output" means the social-media copy, designs, images, videos and blog posts SocioRep prepares for your brand within the Service.
- "AI-assisted output" means Output that SocioRep prepares with the help of automated and AI systems.
3. Eligibility & the business relationship
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is provided for business use only — it is not intended for personal, household or consumer purposes.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business.
SocioRep is currently in alpha. Parts of the Service — including writing a post without an account — are open to anyone; creating a SocioRep account requires an invite. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn. Neither an invite nor an account creates any entitlement to continued access to the Service.
4. The Service — what SocioRep does (and does not do today)
SocioRep helps you keep your brand present on social media. It builds a working understanding of your business, plans work worth posting, creates brand-aware social posts and designs, keeps an eye on developments around your industry, and organises the work on a calendar for your review — so you keep a consistent presence without operating as a content team.
Because SocioRep is in alpha, please note how the Service works today:
- Publishing to social-media platforms is not active. SocioRep prepares, schedules and holds work for your review; it does not post to any third-party platform on your behalf today. Connecting channels and publishing to them will become available only as and when those platforms approve our application and we enable the feature.
- SocioRep does not act on its own beyond the controls you choose. You decide what requires your review and what routine work may move.
- Features may change, be limited, or be added or withdrawn as the Service develops.
SocioRep helps AI write the words; the judgment around them is the part SocioRep provides. It is a tool for your business, not a replacement for your own judgment about what to publish.
5. Your account & security
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your access.
Tell us promptly at connect@sociorep.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business and contact information you give us, and for keeping it up to date.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Service to:
- create, schedule or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- upload or process personal data about other people without a lawful basis and any consent required (see section 7);
- breach the rules or terms of any social-media platform or other service you connect;
- attempt to access data belonging to other businesses on the platform, breach or probe security, reverse-engineer, scrape, or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
- copy, resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties without our written permission;
- use the Service to generate spam, fake reviews, misleading endorsements, or content designed to deceive.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached. You remain responsible for any content you approve.
7. Your content & your responsibilities for it
You keep ownership of your Content. You grant SocioRep a limited licence to host, store, process and use your Content only to provide and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for your Content, and you confirm that:
- you own it or have the rights needed to use it and to give it to us;
- it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law; and
- where your Content includes personal information about other people — for example your team members' names, roles or birthdays, or a customer's name or testimonial — you have collected that information lawfully and have the consent needed for us to process it on your behalf.
When we process personal data contained in your Content, we act on your instructions to help you run your business. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).
8. AI-assisted output & your review
SocioRep prepares social-media copy and designs with the help of AI and automated systems. AI may write the words; the judgment around them — what is worth saying, when, and what to leave alone — is the part SocioRep provides.
AI-assisted output can contain mistakes, or statements that are not accurate for your business. You are responsible for reviewing work before it is scheduled or used, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and right for your brand. The Service is built to keep you in control: you can review and edit work before it goes anywhere, and choose what requires your review.
Where a connected platform requires that AI-assisted content be identified as such, or that a person reviews content before it is published, the Service is designed to support those requirements. You can send us feedback about AI-assisted output at connect@sociorep.com.
9. Intellectual property, and your right to keep using your Output
The Service — including its software, design system, templates, brand-book structure, and all related intellectual property — belongs to SocioRep and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business while your subscription is in good standing.
Output already completed for you is yours to use for marketing your own business, and that right continues after your subscription ends. Ending or cancelling your subscription does not take away your right to keep using work we had already produced for you. This is subject to the licence terms of any third-party material contained in it — for example stock photographs, which remain governed by the stock provider's own licence — and to your not reselling or redistributing the Output as a product in its own right.
This is separate from access to the Service. Your right to use, or to sign in to, the SocioRep platform itself ends when your subscription ends, and we may remove your data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. If Output matters to you, download or copy it before your access ends.
You must not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service itself, its templates, or the systems behind it. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
10. Third-party services & connected channels
The Service relies on third-party providers to work. For example, payments are handled by our payment processor Razorpay, and content is prepared using AI providers accessed through our own systems.
When channel connection becomes available and you connect a social-media account, you authorise SocioRep to access that account on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you agree to comply with that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms' availability, decisions, pricing or changes.
The providers that receive data in order to run the Service — and what they receive — are listed in our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).
11. Plans, billing, credits & tax
SocioRep is offered on a monthly subscription. During the current alpha the plan offered is Essentials at ₹4,999 per month, exclusive of tax. The price that applies to you is the one shown in the product and at checkout before you pay. We may introduce further plans; any plan's price and what it includes are shown before you are charged.
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of on-demand credits, which some actions draw on. The allowance for Essentials is 40 credits per month. What each action costs is shown in the product.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and by subscribing you also agree to Razorpay's terms for that payment.
We issue an invoice for every payment, showing the amount, any tax charged, and the total, to the billing details you provide including your GSTIN where you supply one. Tax is charged where applicable. We may change prices on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
12. Free trial
New accounts begin with a 15-day free trial. No payment method is required to start it, and no charge is made during it. The trial includes the Essentials monthly allowance of 40 on-demand credits.
One trial is available per business, and we may limit, shorten or withdraw trials to prevent abuse.
At the end of your trial, a paid subscription begins only if you choose to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features ends. If we change how trials work, we will publish an updated version of these Terms with a new version number and effective date.
13. Refunds
Our full refund policy is at /legal/refunds and forms part of these Terms. In summary: a free trial is offered before any payment is taken, and after payment we refund in the specific situations set out in that policy — a duplicate or unauthorised charge, a charge taken after your cancellation had taken effect, or paid service that was materially not supplied because of a failure on our side.
Nothing in that policy affects any right to a refund or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Refund requests go to connect@sociorep.com.
14. Disclaimers & no performance promises
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where applicable law says otherwise.
SocioRep helps you show up consistently, but we do not promise any particular marketing result. We do not guarantee virality, growth, reach, followers, engagement, leads, sales, search ranking, or any other business outcome — these depend on many factors outside our control.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that AI-assisted output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing work before it is used.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioRep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioRep's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16. Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify SocioRep against third-party claims, and reasonable costs directly arising from them, to the extent the claim is caused by material you supplied to the Service, or content you approved or published, being unlawful or infringing a third party's rights.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach of these Terms, our negligence, or the Service operating other than as we described it. We will notify you promptly of any claim, will not settle it without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld), and will let you control the defence if you confirm the indemnity applies.
17. Suspension & termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service, and cancel your subscription, at any time (see section 11).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users, the platform, or a connected channel. Where practical and appropriate, we will give you notice.
When your access ends, your right to use the Service stops — but your right to keep using Output already produced for you continues, as set out in section 9. We handle your data afterwards as described in our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy) and our Data Deletion page (/legal/data-deletion). Some records — for example invoices and payment records — are kept for as long as the law requires.
18. Changes to the Service & to these Terms
SocioRep is developing quickly, especially during alpha. We may add, change, limit or discontinue features.
We may also update these Terms. When we do, we change the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Service; for minor changes, your continued use after the update means you accept it. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.
19. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Before starting proceedings, please write to us at connect@sociorep.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

21. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Data Deletion page and Refunds policy, are the entire agreement between you and SocioRep about the Service, and replace any earlier understanding.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business. We will send notices to the email on your account; you can reach us at connect@sociorep.com. Headings are for convenience only.
