“Is someone sees….musters the braveness, to return ahead and determine the one who simply shot up their neighborhood after which sees Pookie strolling, daring as day, again on the road, two days later, what does that say to them? You’re telling them that the felony justice system doesn’t care about victims and witnesses.”

“And if we don’t name that out, each single day with these prosecutors and with these judges, a lot of whom don’t dwell in our metropolis and don’t care about what’s occurring, then we’re going to lose a possibility to advocate for the victims and the witnesses and the residents who simply need and deserve peace.
