Broadway’s Roundabout Theatre Firm Chief Was 66 – Deadline

Haimes opened Roundabout’s first Broadway house on the Criterion Middle in 1991, and noticed such early triumphs as Anna Christie, starring Liam Neeson and Natasha Richardson, and New York’s first revival of She Loves Me, each in 1993. In 2009, Roundabout took over the operation of Broadway’s Henry Miller Theatre, renaming it the Stephen Sondheim Theatre, the place Haimes produced such hits because the Tony-winning Something Goes (2011). The venue at present is house to the hit musical & Juliet.
